    Included in the Energy Services family of companies the Energy Services Construction Division provides drill pad site engineering & modeling for Endeavor’s drilling locations. The Construction Division harnesses new GPS technology and highly trained equipment operators to provide best in class service. 

    Responsibilities

    This position is responsible for providing labor for projects and operating a variety of light equipment including tractors and trucks. 

    • Follow all Endeavor Energy Resources procedures and policies.
    • Follow all customer safety and contractor policies.
    • Perform all job tasks safely.
    • Keep all work areas clean and organized.
    • Perform remediation on spill cleanups by shoveling, raking, aerating soil and cleaning adjacent equipment.
    • Ensure equipment is safely and securely stored.
    • Participate in inventory counts.
    • Ability to use small equipment and tools such as jack hammers, tillers, mowers, weed-eaters, chain saws, and water & trash pumps as needed.
    • Ability to safely use power tools for lifting, shoveling, raking, sawing, planting, etc. to complete 
    • Other tasks as assigned 

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of one years experience working in a similar role.
    • Must be able to communicate effectively in English (read, write, speak).
    • Ability to use hand and power tools applicable to trade.
    • Ability to operate light duty equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
    • Must abide by the Company's PPE requirements
    • Ability to push and pull loads up to 90 lbs.
