    Included in the Energy Services family of companies the Energy Services Construction Division provides drill pad site engineering & modeling for Endeavor’s drilling locations. The Construction Division harnesses new GPS technology and highly trained equipment operators to provide best in class service. 


    Responsible for operating light equipment in a safe, appropriate and efficient manner.  Light equipment operators are responsible for completing work timely with a focus on the safety of themselves and others.  Operators are responsible for equipment maintenance and security equipment in a safe manner while not in use.  

    •    Safely operate light duty equipment by controlling the function of the equipment/machinery and its attachments.
    •    Follow all  Company safety procedures and policies. 
    •    Perform all job tasks as directed
    •    Responsible for keeping all work areas are clean and organized
    •    Perform topsoil re-spreads, erosion control BMP installation & maintenance, and re-seeding tasks.
    •    Perform pre-operation inspections and documentation, per machine/shift. 
    •    Perform fueling, greasing, dirt and debris build-up removal
    •   Thoroughly clean interior and exterior of equipment as scheduled and/or required.
    •   Ensure equipment is safely and securely stored.
    •   Advise the Foreman of any requirements for maintenance or repairs.
    •   Participate in maintenance or repairs as needed.


    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Must be able to read and speak English
    • Minimum of one (1) years experience operating machinery
    • Must be able to work as a member of a team
    • Must be able to pass pre-employment fit for duty testing
