    Endeavor Energy Resources wholly owned Energy Services division was created with a mission to reduce the company’s operating costs.  It is a strategic group of service companies that are focused on providing the highest level of service, safety, and technology at the lowest cost.  The Energy Services division provides trucking, roustabout, construction, well service, wireline and vehicle maintenance services.

    Included in the Energy Services family of companies the Energy Services Vehicle Maintenance Division.  They are a full service vehicle maintenance and repair center exclusively for our Endeavor fleet vehicles.  The vehicle maintenance division offers a wide variety of services including tire rotation and replacement, diesel engine repair, gas engine repair, brake repair, oil changes, GPS installation, etc.


    • Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair electrical and mechanical issues on light duty and commercial trucks
    • Develop an inventory plan that maintains accountability & increases efficiency
    • Able to process work orders and invoice customers with the proper information
    • Maintain Fleet equipment with required servicing schedules
    • Train mechanics on how to properly repair light duty and commercial vehicles according to their skill set
    • Maintain an open line of communication with all employees and customers
    • Provide preventative maintenance on multiple types of trucks and equipment
    • Communicate in an effective and professional manner with customers
    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
    • Ability to make decisions based on safety being the top priority
    • Ability to effectively communicate in written or verbal form
    • Demonstrate problem solving ability
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Desire to increase job knowledge by participating in learning opportunities and continuous improvement classes specific to job functions


    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    • Conduct mid-year and year-end evaluations on mechanics
    • Set short and long term goals for mechanics
    • Mentor all mechanics in becoming efficient
    • Available for service calls after hours when necessary


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma/GED or higher level
    • Basic computer knowledge (Windows, Excel, Outlook, internet, etc.)
    • Good communication skills
    • Reading skills (Basic instructional and technical information)
    • Minimum 10 years of experience as a diesel and automotive mechanic
    • Must have clean driving record - CDL not required
    • Ability to lift 70 pounds from floor to waist, carry 50 pounds and push and/or pull up to 100 pounds


    Preferred Experience

    • Familiar with computer diagnostic procedures and programs
    • DOT brake adjustment certification
    • A/C Section 609 certification
