    McMillan Welding is included in the Energy Services family of companies and provides a wide range of welded and fabricated products to the Oil and Gas industry. McMillan Welding specializes in tanks, heaters, processing equipment, sandblasting and painting, field repair and much more.  Employees of McMillan Welding are skilled in their craft and provide best in class services to Endeavor Energy and outside customers.


    The Sandblaster operates specialized tools and machinery that fire high-powered jets of sand or other abrasives at metal or other similar hard surfaces. This is done to remove paint, grime, old adhesives, rust and other imperfections from the surface so that it can be refinished.

    • Operate sandblasting equipment to establish acceptable finish as assigned
    • Other projects and duties as assigned


    • Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
    • Ability to work in enclosed spaces and various conditions.
    • Physical demand requirements require the ability to sit/stand for long periods of time and often lift loads in excess of 40lbs.
    • Be able to stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl.
    • Be able to work 40 hours per week and have the flexibility to work additional hours beyond the regularly scheduled work hours as needed.
    • Regular and reliable attendance is a must.
