    Endeavor Energy Resources, LP is a privately held company with over 300,000 net acres in the Midland Basin, North America’s most active basin.  Endeavor’s highly strategic and desired asset base is unable to be replicated today’s and is the cornerstone for the company’s rapid growth.  Endeavor has been a successful vertical driller in the Permian Basin, and surrounding basins, over the last 40 years but refocused its strategy to a horizontal drilling program.  The company is rapidly growing and evolving as it works towards its mission of becoming a top tier Midland Basin horizontal operator.  To date, Endeavor has drilled over 250 horizontal wells and currently has 9 rigs dedicated to the horizontal program. The work environment is informal, innovative and fast paced.



    • Utilize the Cygnet (SCADA) System to monitor Field Operations data including: Levels, Pressures, flow rates, Field Equipment status, System Alarms and other operational data to support Endeavor Energy Field Operations
    • Respond effectively to Field Operation situations of concern, such as: Safety Alarms, Tank levels, sudden increases or decreases in flow or pressure and equipment shutdowns by notifying Field Operations of System Alarms and /or any indication of potential system problems
    • Perform work with integrity and in compliance with Company Policies, Procedures and appropriate regulatory agencies
    • Interface and communicate in a professional manner with internal and external customers, through verbal, written or interpersonal communications
    • Use analytical ability and creativity in addressing of real-time operational problems and at times during a stressful and fast-paced work environment
    • Ability to multi-task, while staying focused and aligned with Team and Corporate goals
    • Versatile in building relationships and communicating with other departments
    • Ensure continuity between Shifts by maintaining accurate and up to date Shift Notes and communicates pertinent details of any outstanding issues to the oncoming Surveillance Room Operator at shift relief time



    • High School Diploma
    • Working knowledge of Cygnet (SCADA) real-time monitoring systems
    • Must be able to work rotating 12 Hour Shifts
    • Good Computer and Communication skill
    • 3 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry
    • Prefer 2 years of experience in Oil & Gas Surveillance Room or Control Room Operations
