    Endeavor Energy Resources, LP is a privately held company with over 300,000 net acres in the Midland Basin, North America’s most active basin.  Endeavor’s highly strategic and desired asset base is unable to be replicated in today’s times and is the cornerstone for the company’s rapid growth.  Endeavor has been a successful vertical driller in the Permian Basin, and surrounding basins, over the last 40 years but recently refocused its strategy on a horizontal drilling program.  The company is rapidly growing and evolving as it works towards its mission of becoming a top tier Midland Basin horizontal operator.  To date, Endeavor has drilled approximately 120 horizontal wells and currently has 10 rigs dedicated to the horizontal program. The work environment is informal, innovative and fast paced.

    Responsibilities

    • Actively provide face to face direction, guidance, clarification to those accountable to them.
    • Schedule, monitor performance, and measure budget to actual costs.
    • Have a complete understanding of the current status of each project and articulate this status to your crew members, customers and management team at all times.
    • Ensure compliance to all customer requirements.
    • Be able to prepare and submit progress reports for weekly review by management.
    • Foreman must be able to submit crew hours each day for the previous day’s work.
    • Collect and verify vendor tickets for submission.
    • Update moderator of the work in progress job list for new projects and the completion of projects.
    • Instill customer confidence in your team and the company.
    • Foster the performance of exceptional service among team members.
    • Provide assurance that budget/schedule obligations, quality standards and expectations are fulfilled.
    • Provide support to team members in performing and completing all projects.
    • Ensure company Quality Standards are met by all team members for all clients.
    • Accountable for profitability through diligent monitoring and analysis of equipment production, manpower, and scheduled performance.

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma
    • Acceptable driving record required according to company guidelines
