    Responsibilities

    • Manages a staff to ensure operations are executed, included but not limited to assembly of new equipment, repairs, and warehousing in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures
    • Ensures proper maintenance of company backlog/requisitions per construction schedules
    • Develops plans for efficient use of materials, facility and employees
    • Reviews company cost and product quality, and modifies production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable division
    • Performs all work tasks with the highest level of safety, quality, & efficiency
    • Works closely with HR to recruit, hire the staff, evaluate employee performance, improve performance and administer disciplinary actions when required
    • Participate in budgeting and forecasting process with upper management
    • Is the safety leader in the division and sets the example by following and ensuring improvement of company safety policies, where applicable and the leader in safety meetings
    • Performs job tasks efficiently to ensure that production remains on schedule
    • Maintain a comfortable working relationship and participates in strategy meetings/communications with the Operations, Drilling, and Completions side of the business

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree with one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Knowledge of Financial Planning and Strategy preferred
    • Strong background in Management
    • Ensures all work is conducted in a safe and responsible manner
    • Strong computer skills with Excel, GPS Software, and various software/technology applications
