    Responsibilities

    • Liaison between Company, Employee, and Work Comp/Auto Insurance
    •  crash reports, body shops, Outside Insurance companies
    • forms, auditing, status, RTW scenarios, BRC, CCH, review of medical records, treatment protocols
    • Open Work Comp Claims, Auto claims, OIC claims, provide all documentation required for claim resolution, keeping a record of all transactions (phone, text, email, letter, etc.)
    • WC, AL, GL insurance renewal Projections
    • Bill Pay project, tracking injury and auto expenses, negotiating rates
    • Expense reporting
    • BLS reporting
    • OSHA reporting
    • HSE Quarterly Reports, Annual Reports
    • Perform related duties and fulfill responsibilities as required and as assigned
    • Additional support for HSE department

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience Commercial, Workers’ Compensation, Auto Liability insurance
    • Knowledgeable in claims processing, benefit determination, claim auditing and review
    • Medical knowledge or coding experience a plus
    • Knowledgeable in Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation benefits, rules and regulations, formwork, RTWRD, RTWFD, BRC, CCH, Wage Statements
    • Licensed TDI Work Comp Adjuster a plus
    • Ability to apply ODG (Official Disability Guidelines) guidelines (treatment protocols) to injury scenarios
    • Knowledge of OSHA injury classifications: Recordability, First Aid, Lost Time, Days Away
    • Knowledge of fee schedules, fee negotiation skills, provider relations, RBRVS a plus
    • Must possess high level organizations skills, attention to detail, documentation, recordkeeping
