    Responsibilities

    • Promote a safe work environment
    • Set safety expectations for EER Roustabouts and Contract services
    • Fill out proper JSA, SOP ect. Prior to starting work
    • Supervise all associated contractors and EER personnel on all daily PM, Corrective Maintenance and Quad 0 being performed
    • Process ADP invoices daily
    • Examine and approve invoices
    • Contact vendors and correct any invoices that are incorrect
    • Monitor expenses, being prudent with lease expenditures
    • Hold EER employees and vendors accountable for LOE costs
    • Make sure all cost and hrs spent are capture for each work order and report to CMMS coordinator, using the CMMS system
    • Foremen will meet with chemical company and review monthly truck treating and continuous treatment of wells and facilities spreadsheets
    • Correspond with chemical company on any changes needed to treatment of wells or facilities
    • Communicate all daily activity to Foreman and Superintendent
    • Discuss each job with foreman and superintendent prior to work beginning
    • Train each EER employees and contractors on PM of facilities, corrective action repairs, Quad 0 compliance repair

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of two (2) years experience in a similiar role
    • Must be apply to pass Company standards for driving fleet vehicles
    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office software
