    Endeavor Energy Resources, L.P. is a privately held exploration and production company with over 300,000 net acres in the Midland Basin, North America’s most active basin.  Endeavor’s highly strategic and desired asset base is unable to be replicated in today’s times and is the cornerstone for the Company’s rapid growth. Endeavor has been a successful vertical driller in the Permian Basin, and surrounding basins, over the last 40 years but recently refocused its strategy on a horizontal drilling program.  The Company is rapidly growing and evolving as it works towards its mission of becoming a top-tier Midland Basin horizontal operator.  To date, Endeavor has drilled over 280 horizontal wells and currently has 9 rigs dedicated to its horizontal program. The work environment is informal, innovative and fast paced.


    • Develop and maintain Supply Chain policies and procedures
    • Process lead in the design and implementation of sourcing specific software solutions
    • Manage personnel assigned to the Strategic Sourcing and Continuous Improvement functions
    • Oversee and supervise the overall strategy for sourcing services, equipment and materials needed for the Company’s operations:
      • Supervise the identification, evaluation, planning and implementation of sourcing events (RFx)
      • Coordinate and manage bid specifications and other necessary documents related to the purchase of service, supplies, materials and equipment
      • Facilitate and / or lead supplier discussions with the appropriate stakeholders
      • Lead vendor negotiations to maximize value for the Company and meet capital and operational budgets
      • Interacting with Legal and A/P groups on vendor management activities
      • Lead and resolve vendor purchasing issues or when variances arise
      • Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors and internal customers
      • Maintain current market knowledge and changing material conditions and advise management of current market trends in pricing and purchasing availability
      • Correspond with department heads to ensure all requirements are handled expeditiously
      • Maintain records of purchase price information for both open market and contract purchases
      • Establish and track supply chain KPIs
      • Other related tasks and projects as assigned by manager
    • Oversee and supervise the Company’s Continuous Improvement programs:
      • Plan, lead and execute process and operational improvement initiatives to identify bottlenecks and implement streamlining solutions
      • Use of industry recognized continuous improvement tools as needed
      • Establish and lead multi-disciplinary teams
      • Collaborate with other Company groups


    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or similar relevant field required
    • 10 years of working experience in Management positions for Supply Chain in oil & gas related companies preferred
    • Experience in the formation of Supply Chain organizations including the development of policies and procedures
    • Experience in continuous improvement activities and leadership of multi-disciplinary teams
    • Familiarity with industry recognized continuous improvement tools
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas effectively, both orally and in writing
    • Experience in ERP systems
    • Experience in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required
