    Endeavor Energy Resources, LP is a privately held company with over 300,000 net acres in the Midland Basin, North America’s most active basin.  Endeavor’s highly strategic and desired asset base is unable to be replicated in today’s times and is the cornerstone for the company’s rapid growth.  Endeavor has been a successful vertical driller in the Permian Basin, and surrounding basins, over the last 40 years but recently refocused its strategy on a horizontal drilling program.  The company is rapidly growing and evolving as it works towards its mission of becoming a top tier Midland Basin horizontal operator.  To date, Endeavor has drilled approximately 120 horizontal wells and currently has 10 rigs dedicated to the horizontal program. The work environment is informal, innovative and fast paced.


    • The Enterprise Architect provides strategic, analytic and technical support for enterprise information management solutions and business intelligence activities.
    • The Enterprise Architect acts as an intermediary between the business community and the technical community, working with IT project teams and business clients to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design from which BI applications and solutions are developed.
    • Performs data analysis; performs detailed data mapping, creates and analyzes enterprise data models and standards, identifies inconsistencies and/or redundancies.
    • Helps design and maintain the integrity of the enterprise information management solutions; creates maps and policies that identify what enterprise information exists and how it should be accessed. Document existing data models utilized by system owned by the business and other areas of IT.
    • Participates in the analysis, design and creation of business intelligence solutions such as cubes, dashboards and reports; building consensus and influencing the design of dimensional model for business intelligence application. Structure the data for optimal access, performance and integration. Construct logical and physical data models based on process flows, business needs and data sources.
    • The Enterprise Architect supports the business intelligence development team by reviewing their data model designs for adherence to data strategic direction, including integration, integrity compliance, and data administration standards.
    • Technology integration leadership around company enterprise platforms, including Enertia, Openwells, Siteview, and others
    • Work with Business Intelligence team and business community to develop a Master Data solution.


    • BS or MS degree in computer science, information management, or related field is preferred.
    • Strong understanding of data model and master data management solutions.
    • Strong understanding of relational and dimensional databases.
    • Strong understanding of Enertia at a technical level
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic thinker with ability to move strategy into reality.
    • Able and willing to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment and exercise independent judgment and initiative.
