Responsibilities

  • Serves as a liaison between employees and benefit providers when necessary to resolve problems, answer questions, and provide additional information. 
  • Handles general queries and complaints on the phone, by email or in person when necessary, requiring a good understanding of company operations, policies, procedures and personnel
  • Develops group benefits communication pieces when necessary
  • Maintains and manages leave of absences (FMLA, STD, LTD)
  • Provide administrative support to the Benefits Manager.  General Duties include: answering telephone, filing, organizing benefits mail, copying, scanning and distributing documents
  • Performs data entry and maintains data integrity of the Benefits systems
  • Analyze and audit data to the HRIS system of record
  • Assist in pulling reports from HRIS and evaluate integrity of the file
  • Serves as a data liaison with other departments and process stakeholders (e.g. Payroll, HR, HRIS)
  • Serve as front line day to day contact for benefits programs
  • Provide customer service support to employees, internal and external business partners via email, phone, and in-person about group health plans, wellness program and retirement plans
  • Assist with Annual Enrollment process
  • Audit discrepancy reports between HRIS and benefit carrier sites
  • Assist in auditing billing from Accounting Department
  • Serve as point of contact for Endeavor Family Clinic in verifying eligibility

Qualifications

  • Bachelors' degree
  • Exceptional customer service orientation
  • Highly proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Effectively and efficiently managing confidential data
  • Ability to document and research complex topics and identify potential solutions to resolve employee benefit issues
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, be extremely organized and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members
