Responsibilities

  • Monitor drivers for proper procedures and use of PPE
  • Check loads to ensure fluid is acceptable for disposal
  • Collect truck station offload tickets for processing
  • Clean out SWD filter baskets on the pumps and offload locations
  • Daily inspection of equipment and facility operating functions
  • Track pump and well pressures, pump rates, incoming and total bbl’s pumped
  • Proactively monitor water levels at site to ensure tanks are within their operating parameters
  • Perform necessary preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Monitor and account for skim oil volumes removed from facility and call in and turn in run tickets
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment at all times
  • Ensure compliance with HSE policies and salt water disposal requirements
  • Reporting safety and environmental issues to management
  • Wash, maintain, and operate company vehicles
  • Attend all safety meetings and required classes for proper certifications

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to multi-task and meet stringent deadlines
  • Knowledge/experience in production
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be honest and forthright
  • Basic computer skills and simple mathematical calculations
  • Must organize and plan daily work schedule.  Must be willing to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends.
  • Monitor company phone for calls and alarms 24 hours a day while “on-call” and respond to any alarms as needed.
  • Work will require standing, stooping, walking, climbing tank stairs, carrying instruments weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Occasionally work in high and precarious places and in outside weather conditions
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner
  • High school or equivalent
