Responsibilities

This position is responsible for daily data management and report generation of completion activities. Duties also include capturing cost expenditures and maintaining various other databases such as health, safety and environmental. The role will also consist of assisting tracking and documenting other various metrics associated with the Well Completion phase.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Actively assist in managing the OpenWells database and verify the completion of OpenWells daily reports
  • Pull completion costs from AFE Workflow/ Seven Lakes programs to view in appropriate program for trending and analysis purposes
  • Maintain spotfire databases to build and maintain performance dashboard for cost and performance tracking
  • Pull completion reports out of Welldrive and compile as necessary
  • Use Industry Safe to pull data into appropriate dashboards for review.
  • Work with PDS software / GIS software to develop a frac interference map for awareness of offset operator activity / potential conflicts
  • Collect documents, compile documents, and build completion folders
  • Work to optimize and maintain necessary tracking spreadsheets

Qualifications

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position and expected hours of work are Monday-Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

 

Minimum qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint software required
  • Experience using Openwells, Spotfire, SevenLakes or similar software required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology or Natural Sciences preferred
