  • Scope- Well pad construction, facilities pad construction, pit closures and demolition projects.
  • Understand basis of design for civil construction projects.
  • Follow operational procedures for all civil projects.
  • Understand and execute on process flow from Ready to Build (RTB) to Ready to Drill (RTD).
  • Advise Civil Foreman of all issues promptly.
  • Ensure that SIMOPS are coordinated with projects foreman and contractor foreman.
  • Monitor daily operations for safety, time and cost performance. Looking for ways to improve each area.
  • Input all activities as required into Siteview. Check for accuracy and use spell check.
  • Work with Civil Foreman on bid process.
  • Assist engineering tech with all Siteview needs and data input. Quantities, driving directions, pad sizes, etc…
  • Ensure all pit closures are performed to EER rules and procedures.
  • Drive your company vehicle carefully and safely at all times. GPS is monitored. Maintain a driving score above 80. Below 80 will result in retaking EER defensive driving class.
  • Attend weekly teams meeting on Tuesday. Send in weekly update prior to meeting.
  • Attend Bi- weekly 1 on 1 with Civil Superintendent to discuss performance, execution and opportunities for improvement.
  • Expectations are to spend 60%-80% of time in the field.
  • Attend Monthly Safety meeting
  • Submit observations in Industrysafe
  • Report all location activity to Civil Foreman.
  • Ensure quality work is performed on locations visited.


  • Minimum 1 years supervisory experience required.
  • Minimum 1 years in Civil construction.
  • The ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to work in various conditions.
  • Physical demand requirements require the ability to sit/stand for long periods of time and lift loads in excess of 40 lbs.
  • Meet Endeavor Energy Resources requirements for driving a company vehicle.
  • Experience reviewing policies and procedures and making recommendations to improve efficiency and performance
