Responsibilities

Job Description:

 

Manage Energy Service department operations and responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the each department. Ensure safe and efficient operations. Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues. Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting and looks for opportunities to expand systems. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company's policies and applicable laws.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, assigning and directing work for all company assets
  • Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
  • Prepare and complete action plans
  • Implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards
  • Maintenance reports communicated with division liaisons
  • Assist with the fleet management system put in place
  • Assist in designing and implementing preventative maintenance plans
  • Training new and existing mechanic leads
  • Create presentations that show data driven success

Qualifications

  • Mechanic background preferred but not required
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher level
  • Basic computer skills (Windows, email, internet, etc.)
  • Good communication skills
  • Reading skills (Basic instructional and technical information)
  • Minimum 4 years eperience in a leadership position
  • Must have clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass fit for duty test
