This job requires the ability to interface with management and drivers to meet the needs of our customers.  Inbound calls from customers are dispatched to drivers or work crews to the appropriate location in a timely manner

  • Work with management team to schedule daily jobs
  • Answer service call requests and dispatch appropriate personnel to assigned location(s)
  • Ensure efficiency of daily field calls
  • Coordinate and schedule daily and ongoing projects
  • Coordinate delivery of equipment to respected job location(s)
  • Time-management and multitasking ability
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with computers and technology
  • Proactive skill-set highly preferred
  • Scheduling and prioritizing skills


  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Multi-tasking ability
  • Geographical knowledge of service area and ability to read maps
  • Oil and gas industry experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required
