The Project Overhead Power Foreman role within Endeavor will be to oversee Infrastructure and Facility connect projects. This position reports to the Project I&E Superintendent.
This Position Requires a strong understanding of facility and well pad electrical systems. Working with multiple departments to control timing, cost, and safety on Endeavor’s projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the Project Leads. (Motivate, uplift, encourage)
- Advocate for HSE, maintaining a safety mindset for all personnel on Endeavor locations.
- Report all incidents to HSE representative.
- Understand and execute the process flow from Released to Build (RTB) to project handoff.
- Monitor daily operations for safety, time, and cost performance. Looking for ways to improve each area.
- Input all activities as required into Siteview and Openwells. (track and monitor KPIs)
- Work with Procurement team on bid process along with vendor selection.
- Manage and schedule delivery of materials and equipment to job sites.
- Understand and follow all engineering procedures and documents issued for job tasks.
- Prepare workbooks and documentation packages along with coordinating Kick-off meetings.
- Manage all onsite construction operations (give direction to staff to meet all Endeavors requirements)
- Assist engineering tech with all data gathering and input needs.
- Work with Drilling and Completions teams to conduct simultaneous operations on locations.
- Conduct Bi-weekly 1 on 1 to provide feedback to staff. (coaching to improve)
- Provide various teams with detailed weekly project updates and current project status.
- Work with design team to map infrastructure and site electrical needs.
- Work with Civil team to schedule and organize pre-set infrastructure installations.
- Expectation- to spend 50%-70% of time in the field.
- Assist production with repairs or retro fits on existing facilities and Overhead power systems.
