This role is charged with the information technology transformation agenda in the oil & gas operations organization. This role will be providing technical and support related assistance for computer systems, hardware and software to all end users, employees, clients, and contractors.  This role may train users on basic system and computer functions to resolve issues.  The successful applicant will display strong communication and relationship building skills.

  • Provide on-site and remote end-user client support
  • Maintain, investigate, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Responsible for PC’s, printers, and related equipment
  • Maintain user PCs, including upgrades, and configuration changes as needed
  • Utilize service desk ticketing system to create, assign, triage, and determine escalation path
  • Perform tasks as assigned for new user on-boarding process
  • Maintain inventory tracking for all equipment
  • Other responsibilities as assigned


  • Customer service experience required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft applications suite
  • Help desk or technical support experience
  • Direct one-on-one conversations with end-users to troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and a wide set of responsibilities across the team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
